...ated and also actions needs to be taken to give equal opportunities to everyone. Salary is not balanced with the amount of work done. There is a lot of deadline pressure and often it is required to work extra hours.

I can write a blog on this. They hire for as Intern position on contract basis and then terminate them with no reason. They will give some lame excuses and illogical reasons to justify there terminate. For them interns are just one resource. They don't notice your hard work, dedication etc etc. they just fire you because you haven't got good feedback with no transparency. What do you expect from this organisation when they don't respect you. Bossy behaviour from 4-5 years experience folks. They expect mam and sir culture. This was my first company and I will always remember this for bad reason.
