Resources are good, facilities are good. Good reputation in market.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, no MNC culture...think globally act locally. Poor people management. Poor work environment. Now for field employees everyday attendance need to be punched from system.

They provide gifts to employees on occasions

Dislikes

The work culture is so bad. Some People working for around 10yrs but still they don’t have an on roll employment. They keep 3rd party employees for years and years with minimal CTC no appraisal growth is terribly slow in here. The work life balance is also disgustingly gross. Even if you are getting married they will ask you to work from home or come to office ASAP u get married straight away. 3rd party employees are more liable for any work than on roll employees. All rights and benefits enjoyed by the on roll employees where a 3rd party employee is working hard more than them.
