No work life balance. No job security. Unnecessary mass hiring then firing without prior intimation without salary. No appraisal and promotion. Company has no aim, goal and mission. Full of politics and favourism Very poor management. Higher management and middle management always do favourism and full politics

...anagers are supportive and encouraging. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they given good salary hikes and they given time to time salary. Thankfull to Nirmal Kumar sir and Venu sir giving me the good opportunity 🙏

We at Advansoft have a positive culture and an open communication amongst our employees. Hence issues are well resolved in time and have a better scope for improvement.

Job security, HR Venu’s Micro management and no other perks like Health insurance, or any other benefits. Even the hikes are like single digits. If you are a fresher, come join here and you’ll get to know how life is gonna be.
