Working condition is good. Staffs and workers are good. Had wide range of machinery. Had a good range of reputed clients.

Dislikes

4-5 months salary delay. Even beg for salary for each month. No settlement after resignation, remaining pending salary is given as instalment. No flight tickets and had to be bear by ourselves and will give back along with settlement. Poor financial management. No commitment from management to staffs and workers. No welfare of staffs and workers.

i am like of reason in my company is very wonderful and good . because correct date salary delivery and good benefites, medical insurance specilities very satisfied.

Management is worst Specially HSE Dept Kerela management company. You will be given the task without familiarisation with site. No induction training given to you and you will be sent directly to the site. You have to do the task other than your field . You go as a hse OFFICER/Supervisor but you have to do work as a storekeeper, ptw acceptor , whole watcher , fire watcher , gas tester and so on .... If you are having skills and capabilities this company is not for you but if you are chamcha then this is best for you....

No company is bad by itself it is management who makes it worst. I had very terrible experience with AOTC they don't care about your work, skill and talent they just want a employee to be their slave that it. About like nothing to like.

worst management. If you are working in any organization than don't switch to AOTC. If you are jobless than your wish.
