* Gives chance to Freshers * 3000-4000 increment is fixed every year for engineers with B.Tech degree. * Good and Supportive People, at least in Unit-1 * Women Friendly Enviornment * Comfortable timings, Gate Pass/Short leaves, 2 Leaves per Month. Just keep your work completed, then there'll be no issue. * Reimburses TA of Rs100 per day if your monthly leaves are 2 or less than 2. * Even if your work is average, If your behaviour is good and you are consistent with your attendance, you'll have a good job security here. MD Nalinikant Gupta ji is big hearted person, he rarely fires anyone. But you'll have to face his anger in case of mistakes and errors.

...working as a clerk entering data! * Poor Work Culture in Production Department * Salary is good, but no employee benefits at all!! * No HR to listen to the employees, you've to talk to the MD directly for every problem whether personal or work related * Increment is not given on time from last 2 years. Always delaying for months. * Still following 6 day work week * No WFH for IT Engineers!!

...ility team all works are not going easily, we work 24/7 for this company growth. But still we are a third party employee here, Low salary, no leaves nothing no special allowance. AMD on roll employees are enjoying their jobs AMD is good for their own employees but facilities are facing so many problems. Once sit and talk about facilities 3rd party employees, you'll know the value of our hardworking family struggles. We are working for 15 to 20k salary for every week 6 days and double duties sometimes. Sorry to sahre this but every person has to work for his family.

Please take me as AMD employee or Increase our salaries. 3rd party employees are struggling than your own employees. We don't need 2 days week off we don't need lakh of salaries. Please sit and talk and than take your own decision.

...ly underpaid and tech community tells the same to them. Software is pretty weak. It’s because of low pay scale. It’s below market standards.

Amazing place to work with cutting edge technology. Manager and Leads are very supportive and encouraging. You get to work with cutting edge tech. Work environment work life balance is amazing.

Dislikes

Compensation is a big Red mark. You can come and work here if you have no financial liabilities in life. Even though the company is making good profits (Dec-2019 at the time of writing this), they are not paymasters and they are not willing to become paymasters. You can only attract talent only if you are paymasters, otherwise it's not gonna have the best engineers.
