Job security is there and learning curve is good. Managers are supportive and share good bond with employees.

Sad thing is no work life balance and pay is at low level considering the amount of work they give.

All company policies should not comfortable for all employees. Some minordislikes are there. But comparing to the good things those dislikes are negligible.

Not trust worthy. Cheap management. They twist and turns rules according to their advantage. Very irritating and worst controls department. No SOP and data available simply everything we have to handle.

Friendly collegues and good guidence from seniors.

Long working hours, sometimes we stay upto 11pm.And it almost take 3 years to get experience in this domain and for the first year we will work on only 2d detailing.

They have some good people inside but they are unable to do anything

Dislikes

No proper facilities and infrastructure.(Employees who didn't fall down by breaking chairs are the luckiest). Always against employees for their needs.They don't know how to see in employee front of view. Least bothered about employees and don't care even if they die.
