There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address that. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No appreciation of experience staff and replace them to save money ..and hire new staff with no experience.It is continuously done.

...anytime they want to and will not allow you to even complete your notice period. They don't give salary as per your hardwork. But they will influence you to do more work and prove yourself.

The promotions are given based on favoritism rather than merit and hard work. All of their team members show false degree over website. They don't complete their CA, CWA or CPA just pursuing them or dropout. Hardworking and dedicated staff just get suffers
