Everything, salary never be on time, 90 days notice, not 5 days working, management will never support you. they will not provide fnf. if employee is powerful or employee file a case then only you will get fnf.

1. If you are working here just work without pay because they don't believe in paying salaries even if you give joinings but stating they don't have money or have loss. You have to beg for your hard work payment like a begger. All management people are inhuman 2. Very toxic culture. Will treat you like a daily wages labour. Unnecessary pressure just because of their incapability and poor management system. Also, you will be assigned for the higher designation and will ask to do clerical work. 3. They want quantity work and not quality work. People are fraud here. They will make you jn a situation you can't stay or you can't leave. In my all years of experience, this the worst company to start a career or look for a career growth in learning.

Salary - not on time (20th of every month) No Incentives No Leaves Work pressure - they force you to work on Sunday also There directors are the worst, Suren & Sushant dont have any idea on how to run their business. Fake show on LinkedIn - everything they post on social media platforms are somewhat forced by the employees there. Fake reviews on Google - they tell their contractors to publish good reviews on google and other platforms. Aakanksha - work there as a team lead, does not even know how to talk to their Recruiters, she just shouts on them to get the thing done and scroll instagram whole day Sangram Singh Rathore - this person has no idea about Recruitment process, Suren has this person in the company as his puppy. (Sangram & Aakanksha are just puppets of Suren, they just agree to everything he says coz they also dont know anything.

I worked their almost 1 year and last 2 quarters i’m best performer and target over achieved. But company didn’t gave any incentive and increment. Then i left the company after that company didn’t give relieving letter and experience letter also. They also didn’t gave full and final payment which is very wrong . If i talked about work culture it’s very bad ,very toxic,every single day they told you to extend your working hours So before joining the company, i will suggest you to contact with any ex employees And in this company everything month 10-15 candidates joined then they left after of 1week due to company work culture

About my interview schedule, it's arranged according to my flexible timing. After the interview I got the feedback immediately. After selection I sent the required documents and the bgv done within few days and I got my offer letter , where everything is mentioned properly about salary structure. And I got so much support from joining to onboarding. So in my point of view Company is too good and peoples are very supportive.
