I have a pleasant work environment, of course there will be senior politics, but if you are straight forward and strong you can manage. You have blow your trumpet then it is the best place for you.

The only thing is parents and colleagues feedback is much valued, if anybody plans to give you exit, it is easy

The school is open to innovation and readily adopts our ideas and views. I love the fact that i am a part of a team.V.good friendly management.The main plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

The support and guidance I got from my colleagues and obviously from the chairman helped me to work peacefully. I was helped with all the resources and teaching aids required. I got a good chance to develop professionally by attending and representing the schools in different workshops. As a bottom line I was very satisfied to work with this school. I wish all the best for for this school.

Dislikes

Nothing as such except the school construction at that time. As the school was new and it was still under construction.
