No knowledge of Pharma to the management. Unnecessary pressure. Working here means working with illetrate group of people's. The complete focus is only on designs and color of packing. Use to fill like working with some cosmetic company.

I have nothing to like, but please check my dislikes have many to write in that.

Dislikes

Worst is a small word to express the company. Owner don't use his brain to take decisions, he is just a puppet. Head of the departments always tries to protect the skin, never take stand of the team. Job security is zero they don't care for employe. After reading the review if you still accept the job apart from remorse and contrition nothing you can do.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
