I am good work in my company but honestly I my job

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 10-12 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late to the work.mangers do not value an an individual' unique strength.

This company owners are belong a community of Jat ( cast ), of haryana. Company support only jaat candidates in rajasthan. Very high level support only jaat .and TA DA bill are not come in time to time

For me ads spirits in covid lockdown day superb support and I am very thankful to whole team and management and specialy our company owners and our seniors.

My whole experience with ads spirits amazing,sometime I felt very high about company and sometimes very low.and it's a part of our job.from my side there is no dislike.
