Management is not at all supportive. Even the IT support team is also the same. No support from anyone. There is no HR in this place. One of the worst decision on my life by joining here.

I have given my most important 6 years to the company thus still could not see any learning or growth In the company.. I stayed as the traveling was less however I didn't feel any joy considering the management was rude and unethical to all the employees.. Every year management was laying off two to more employees and wasn't hiring their replacement so there was no job security also.. Management mood used to decide the person stay.. I have worked in almost 4 companies and had the worst experience in API and felt exploited.. I surely and truly believe my remaining 3 companies and their management were more human and gave the opportunities for growth and learning. I would not suggest anyone to work in API till the management is not changed..

Management and their no growth policy for employees.. Management keeps on levelling up but merchandiser and Sr. Merchandisers will remain in the same role for 6- 12 long years.. could be more... Also, when a person is planning to leave on their own.. one Manager out of no where would come and deny paying you though they would take work of 3 ppl from you in your last month..
