I have worked for more than a year at Kapiva in the middle management. There is nothing good that I can mention here for the organization or work culture.

Dislikes

Pathetic decision making in the senior management, weak Founder who just listen to his 1 downs & never investigate the matter by his own. No HR person/manager in the company who can take care of employee grievances or satisfaction. No work life balance. Super work pressure, culture is look like a third class BPO. VPs are good for nothing and just pushing their favourites in each appraisal. Random culture going on some chaatu folks are on WFH for more than 3-4 months & also getting promotions. I had never worked such third class organization. They also fire people without any PIP or any prior intimation. If your VP doesn't like you, which means he can ask you to leave any random day. Third class company.
