No career growth, trainees and seniors are doing the same work, worst work environment, Team leader and manager use divide and rule policy so that the employees don't talk to each other. Team leader continuously stalk the employees to see what they are doing, how they are sitting, why they are talking to other employees! Team leader and manager do not value the individual. Office Politics!

Working env is not good, salary will be deduct if you not pic the call at mid night and any time after your shift. Manager will abuse you also. My suggestion :- keep a distance from this company, it's dangerous for your career.

Nothing there to like about this company. This is the worst case statement, if you are going to join this organization. Don't do this, other wise you may destroy your career like many others. This organization even not deserve a single star.

Manager and team leader are not behave friendly with the team member, you will be treated like a labour and you have to work like a labour also, after that you may get the salary half of your salay mention on your joining letter and if raise you hand and ask about this then the will not reply you normally, Manger will send you to the team leader, team leader send you to the project co- ordinator and project co-ordinator will send you to hr and hr will send you to the account team and then finally account team will send you to your manager then they will reply you, "you have paid only working hour not working days", If you completed a task on 6 hours and rest 2 hours you have no any assigned task then you will get salary of half day only in this company . If you will have not able to receive a call from your team leader or manager at 11 pm or 12 am in the night then they will deduct your whole day salary and will say your productivity was zero on that day because you not receive the call we have to change something by the client meeting

Everything is Good. This is like second home. If you are looking for a company that helps you to grow and that actually gives you what you deserve then Adreno is the place for you.

None. All is Well. The only thing that is missing here is Fun Activities, Outings etc.

Good working environment, senoirs are understanding and helping. Management is good Company policies is fine but not in every paragraphs

Dislikes

Nothing is much bad. I want explore myself much. Growth is little bit slow.
