Recognition was missing. If someone takes the ownership and works, it will not be liked. More Groups and Politics. Personal touch was not there from anyone. Easily people will forget.

Good work-life balance, flexible timings

Dislikes

Growth is compromised, irregular & negligible appraisals and incentives, politics and favoritism, people sitting on dragon seats do not let others grow, CEO changes every six months, HR is powerless and not approachable, people are conservative, not customer eccentric.
