Such a big politics for such a small company. All employees totally be treated in-equally and just like a slave. No one will be treated with self-respect. Even employees are not allowed to walk out of the gate even during the break period. Yet they are using the legacy way on marking details with note and pen (I mean late arrivals). Such a worst environment for women no security and safety. You are not allowed to use mobile phone inside (beside this is a Telecom company). You are not allowed to talk to other inside the office. There is no written rules and regulation all will be re-written according to the benefit of the company. Every single activities that carried inside the office premises will lean benefit only towards the organization. LOP will be levied according to the necessity of the employee towards the organization. If someone is very much needed to the company they will be no noticed on their evil behavior towards the other employees. Such a Autocratic CEO. Most of the employees are Family Members. All decision are with single point (CEO) even you will be blamed for the wrong decision. Leaving this company is a big task they will screw you like anything. No hikes and all the employee will be the reason.

Except salary we need to work like a slave,No phone,Like jail we can come out 1 to 2 Pm for lunch alone other than that u need to sit inside like a slave no cafeteria one hall is your work place always monitored by Camera and great HR ,U can't move talk to other's unnecessarily
