... portion as annual bonus. Though bonus should be over and over the compensation. That is why it's bonus not regular salary. Food isn't available in cafeteria for night shift people. Only the day shoft has the 4-5 operational outlet. Night shifts have only 1 south Indian.

Salary was good and the incentives were good.

Dislikes

Apart from the good salary, there is no work life balance. You are expected to give extra hours without any Overtime pay. They only teach you basic things about the process and the rest you learn while working. There isn't enough support on the floor to help you with difficult queries. I was doing a US shift which ended at 2:30 am but it got extended due to lengthy calls. Never got OT for the time I over worked. I had Covid and was very weak to work, rather than checking my Health status, they asked me to start working. I had to ask my manager's manager to allow me to recover and then I got the leaves. Will not recommend the company to someone who wants a work life balance.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.

Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.
