...mpany and the vendor gave all incorrect details and rejected my insurance claim. So vendor told if any problem or mistake from his end then he'll pay that money and till now it's been more than 2years and if I ask help to adp they told to talk to vendor. And vendor doesn't answer my calls and blocked my phone number and till now I did not receive my insurance claim money. Overall it's the worst experience.

...s in ADP you will learn and earn, Few reasons to work with ADP 1: Job Security 2: Salary 3: Good increments every year 4; Bonus 5; extra bonus in pandemic time too etc etc.

We don't have Overtime in ADP this I don't like rest everything is fine.

Lots of work load, you will not get time for your family.

...note down your queries but they will not take any action. Terrible work culture. No growth in salary.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Worst management who don’t know what’s happening in the company and will take random decisions to spoil your career. If you a hard-worker and want to grow this is the worst company for you.
