The only thing that any ADP'ian will like about it is The pay in the last working day of the month no matter what rest everything sucks.

Everything will go to point to point below: The work culture in ADP is ghe worst bcz, if any one working for US client we should atleast get US holidays but as we're working in india we neither get US holidays nor indian holidays, and the leave policy OMG it sucks to the core if we're on leave they count Sunday and saturday as well as an LOP, the salary which is the main reason fr everyone to work they've this wonderful concept called Variable pay which is nthg but they'll deduct 12% frm ur gross pay and say U'll receive it at the EOY based on performance which never crosses 2% for sure they're literally Showing some False calculations to the Govt and Paying the half of it by deducting the rest half in the name of Variable pay(VP) , Taxes and The worst thing id they don't deduct PF on Yearly gross but Monthly Gross which is for ex if the package is 6 LPA then avg TH would be around 41k- 43k in any Orgs even in startups also as the pf, esi, Professional tax is being deducted, but here 6 LPA- 12% VP=> 5.28-Tax3%=>5.1LPA-Gratutity5%=>4.8LPA-Cess3%=>4.62LPA/12=38.5K-12%PF=>33.8K will be the Take Home fir 6 LPA package and ADP has this worst Hype outside the organization saying wow it's an MNC they'll pay like anything nice building big office 4 cafeterias nice pick snd drop and all other shitt but which is just the BS hype which is Fake and Fraud. and they say it's Hybrid but we're not allowed to take WFH without their(Manager) permission which is of no point

POSH team supports indirectly and Directors management HR also supports the culprits if they are good for there work business. They don't properly investigate it. Am one of them they terminated me because they need to take action taking Higher officials like director vice president, Managers,Architects. They harassed me but that person indirectly complain on me .

Upper Management and there decision makings regarding teh marke and product is fantastic. More about the people like Group Manager, Sr Group Manager and above.

Lonf duration stable employees in team disbalances the working atmosphere.

it is the tcs of product companies. if you want an average job with single digit hike every year with lot if mediocracy within a typical India IT culture of blamegame, politics...this place is for you

Company is good, but again it depends on your process, which I fees it's terrible👎 personally. So be cautious wth your team.

No job security, frequently team changes, and team force to come office on all d day, as we have only 3 days to go to office. No proper hike, only good book people use to get hike
