...y no one stays except those few employees who are working for more than 15years. Frequently the salary & expenses got hold by them intentionally. Think before joining.

The products are good efficacy wise, price wise and have a good acceptance of the products at the doctor and chemist level

Dislikes

Holding salary and deductions in expense is common for all field employees. Here people don't get promotion even working for entire life but very easily gets demotion from ZSM to RSM, RSM to ASM, etc. Salary gets disbursed only after you give some hypothetical commitment regarding coming month achievement in writing else salary will be on hold or will be asked to leave right away without notice. Incentives remains pending for long and sometimes incentives get withdrawn all of a sudden without prior intimation. Expiry amount is deducted from your expense. company don't do settlement post resigning or even after retirement.

Job stability is major concerns due to salary & Expense cut practice by company to its Employee I have experienced with my self & losses almost 1.25 lac as salary & Expense cut during my service with Adonis

Holds salary and expenses, not providing appointment letter, no advance for the HO people, after spending your own money for field work they will tell you you have gone for your personal work. Only one person is working in the marketing, after asking for appointment letter after4-5 months they will remove you without giving your salary and expenses.

In a word it's a"pathetic", co having no brand strategy no people development program, no h b security you are today in company tomorrow without any notice your I'd got blocked , freshers may join for gather exp else any exp candidate if u r in good shape don't go for it ...Mr pk is the main culprit (ceo)
