...some important cons which will save you : 1. No department is safe for working. They Can cut your salary for the sake of poor performance, attendance, not going on trip with them etc etc 2. No professionalism, they can brutally abuse you 3. Never understand your concerns 4. No PPF policy 5. And the worst thing, if you have decided to resign, then will literally make sure to make your life hell. They will not allow you to serve the whole notice period (atleast in sales team) as per them you are waste. They charge money to leave the company. As I have paid 12k and my ex Group head had paid 35600 just to get the papers on time. 6. They can fire you at any point of time. 7. They are blacklisted by many big advertising agencies. BIG NO TO THIS COMPANY!

Company HR Policies can be tweaked for Adomantra's benefits ,they really don't care about employees satisfaction. Each month people leave without informing them, they need to really change themselves before hiring anyone

Worst Company I came across, unprofessional HR & Boss. They don't know how to speak to anyone in company. My lifetime worst experience with this company. Specially with the HR and the Owner Mr. Vikas Katoch. If you are somebody with bad mental health, this place is not for you specially. One breakdown and they will kick you out. The work culture and the HR Priyanka Kumar is very disrespectful. She will take feedback of the intern from the Manager and then tell them that your manager gave negative feedback about your performance etc which is totally miss communication. If you wanna make future, don't take risk to spoil even a month in this company. I had to leave this company because of the work culture and the attitude of the owner and HR was not good. Don't seem to know what a profession is. You cannot talk to a co-worker even. Here Senior treat you like a servant. They will mail you like you are their personal servant or home maid. The problem does not ends here, when you leave this company you will treated worse. This is not my experience only, all old employees left this company just because of the same reason. When I left this company, I kept on mailing them for PF for 7-8 months, neither HR listens to you nor owner here, no one replies on the mail as well. Finally I visited to the office and warn them for legal action. I was shocked when I got my all details updated after 2 or 3 hours on the same day, when I warned them about the legal action. HR don't know how to scan relieving letter, when I told her its not showing company's address in the footer. She said "hamara printer se aisa scan hota hai, hard copy collect kar lo". I was on leave for 1 day because I was suffering from high fever. I got mail from owner and a senior that you have to update the 538 keywords ranking on urgent basis. I told her ma'am I am in hospital, doctor suggested me not to use laptop. She said I can understand, but Boss wants this beta. You can't believe I completed this task while I was not able to sit properly. Still I complete this task with the help of me and my team. I am sure till date Boss didn't see how many fluctuations in ranking coming these days. But the owner tortured me mentally. After all this a senior named Arnesh told me to make report & presentations on saturday, sunday. I replied him that if i am not doing personal work in the office premises, then i will not do office work on weekends. Arunesh's ego hurt at that time. He did lots of stupid things with me. On friday June 10, 2022, Arunesh mailed me that don't work on old projects, from monday onwards you will start work on new project. I was too stressed just because of Arunesh and Boss, even I faint in the office. They don't have humanity. I discussed all this with the HR and told her, I will work on new projects, but will not left my old project. She said if Boss wants this. I replied then its okay, will let you know about my decision. Finally I make up my mind to switch that company. Monday June 12, 2022 I typed resignation letter and mailed to the HR. But she told me to serve notice period, I told her in this situation I can't stay here even one more day. So co-operate and accept my resignation. After that Boss called me and told me take paid medical leave for 1-2 months. We can gave you work from home as well. He tried to convince me. But I don't want to stay there for a single minute. Finally On 14 june, 2022, I left that bad organization. It was my best decision ever.
