Good safety culture. Good learning. Company pay all certificate fees.very nice.

Dislikes

No promotion. People working 3 party company. Low salary. Heavy work. Never change my life.only 3 party company owners enjoying their life.

Wonderful and supportive colleagues who were there till 2016

Dislikes

Worst HR Team who does not care for the employees. Take years for addressing any monthly salary deductions, Attendance reports correction, compensations, Full and Final settlement etc... The HR Team including their Manager and Leadership Team prevents you from escalating any complaints on this regards to Higher levels and take any discriminatory action without any natural justice or a chance for your to speak
