...this situation, many other companies reduced salaries, but not terminate people. many of us having loan, and other responsibilities that we solely dependent on our salary, but they suddenly terminate us.

other then termination all of a sudden, rest is very good in adnoc drilling.

Since I am stuck at home due to airports closure, the company has been paying me the salary since the last two months, they have supported me during these hard times when others have failed

There is nothing to describe as dislike, feel proud to be part of ADNOC Drilling

Low salary and rotation for roastabout. Not quick promotion for offshore roustabout when comparing onshore roustabout. We are not third party employees, not ADNOC's direct employee.

...supervisors advised me to work on the rig floor as an Acting Roughneck/Floorman. It was way above my pay grade especially facing the risks of the rig floor, I still took up that task in order to learn, since I wanted to grow in this company and hope to be promoted soon. But alas nothing happened. just like that they made me work by just telling me that I will be promoted soon and by doing nothing regarding it. After completing my second year when I requested my supervisor regarding the same they conveniently changed my rig, in short, got rid of me. Adnoc talks about 100% HSE, yes they do, But its only talks. Nothing is implied to work. I have worked hard in this company have been awarded multiple certificates for my performance, maintaining HSE standards, work ethics, and culture. If you think I'm joking here, I was awarded Safety man of the year 2020. Adnoc did not pay me any kind of bonus for this achievement nor give me a certificate regarding the same. In return, they just layed me off.

Adnoc doesn't care about its employees. there is no job stability. people who want to join this company there's no stopping you but just keep these things in mind. You don't have to be like me

It's a good company to work with.

Available resources optimization is very low. all the process like-hiring new people, order the spare parts to run the operation etc. if this can be improved, ADNOC can save lot of money and percentage of profit will be improved. also, many incompetents' people are holding critical position which will not be good to run the business as per ADNOC expectation and standard.
