New freshers staff joining and before 3 years staff joining both are same salary etc. ( New joining staff salary 17000/-ctc and before 3 years staff joining are same salary 17000/-ctc.)

Good work environment and culture .Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary like and bonus very year

Salery is decent but career forth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign .On the job training is gievn to new joined . Management doesn't address our issues there is a lot of policies much more ...

Good environment, gives you the opportunity to explore in your area of improvement. Company policies are good. There was no cut off in salary during Covid 19

In every organisation there is politics, Salary is good but career growth is slow. Notice period is 2 month's which is dislikable.

Salary is decent but growth opportunities are not satisfactory. Management should review each and every departmental requirement before filling in the vacant position. My modest opinion through the Admin experience says that the company should prepare the job description such that the employee and employer are mutually beneficial.
