Great work culture. People in onsite and offshore are all awesome and helpful. Free cab facility. Flexible salary structure. Onsite travel opportunity, however later it was ruined by COVID.

The organisation has clearly lowered it's standard. It is a basic call centre not a kept unit. The organisation is biased towards its employee when it comes on giving the basic competitive allowances as compared to UK standards. The organisation has a toxic environment that holds gorgeous on the employees who call out for the administration's wrong decision. The organisation doesn't provide us the competitive tools yet expect employees to be accurate on the outputs. Organisation doesn't care about the emotional well beings of employee and the financial structure.

There is nothing to like about admiral, my manager name Shubham Upadhya is harassing me every single day for which my performance is getting deep down. No one is listening to me and it is considered as work centric. To hell with the policies they have they don't value the emotions of second being. No one is helping me so social media will be the right platform to take help and law

Before joining Admiral Group, I read lot of bad comments about this company on Glassdoor, but now i feel that it's just opposite of those comments. Work-life is balance here, work culture is good, not much pressure, a lot of learning, a lot of fun, activities and since its a product based company, everyone knows how the work environment is in the product based company. About appraisal, everything is good. Everyone gets good appraisal as per the hard-work.

One thing i don't like about this company , is the location of my work location only in Gurgaon.
