Dislikes

No timely salary, no pf account, no bonus, no work- life balance, working 12-13 hours but not providing salary on time.. Far away from city.. no transport facility. No proper cafeteria!! They don't have fix time for salary credit, it takes 2-3 months for crediting!!

No work culture and company policies only on paper and the same are not followed. As there wish they changed it

Dislikes

Policies are only on documents and they are following. Salaries are giving very late and present they are giving three months back salary. No bonus, no incentives and the last still they are not provided PF account and employees insurance.
