Likes

Work exposure is good but your mental health will badly affect there. They treat the employees very badly and do not appreciate them for their work. They scold the employees for small small mistakes

Dislikes

Salary/ Appraisal: They offer very less salary and appraisal is also very less there. For eg -If they agree to increase your salary, they will made you sign a bond with them for 1 year and pay you the increased amount after certain amount of time like 6 months or so. Work environment: very bad. Everyone is scared of the employers. They scold the employees and do not appreciate their work Work-life balance: No work life balance in that Firm. Its Mon-sat working and sometimes they call you on sunday as well if there is work pressure.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
