Because of joy and syama incharge of emergency department I resigned, not only me those ,who are resigned and those who are absconded at er department,one and only reason joy Christopher and Shyama chanderlal.

Job security has no issue unless employee listens to them what ever it is, work culture has more issues doing partiality, management doesn't support for outsiders , company policies is very different from any others.

People who wants join in ADK hospital male, please dont make mistakes coming here for nurses or any wards postings, has their is a supervisor that person irritates everyone and insults in front of doctors even everything is proper, she finds faults in everything, she doesnt allow staff to work peacefully whatever XYZ experience you have its all buried, please dont come and join, even if management knows about that person everything they doesnt even bother about all those things, they doesn't even follow NABH standard protocols they follow their own method, even doctors will not help you or supports you for all this, they only give importance to their own people , and that supervisor is very horrible, that person can put you down even if their is no fault of yours, hope so after that supervisor leaves the job employees will work peacefully , until then your life and peacefulness will be spoiled and broken into pieces, you will feel that why did I come and join this place. job training is very pathetic and they doesn't even teach you. HR is very slow in responding for everything only for outsiders who is working for them.

A couple of years I worked there as staff nurse in emergency department... and that was my ever ever cool experience.... with my colleagues and my supervisors and my HOD .... and the management team...

Management is very supportive, open to newer techniques and has progressive outlook. Equality towards staff irrespective of post was another striking feature.

Dislikes

Management was too sensitive to patient complaints whether they were genujne of not.
