Do not consider working here unless you want a job very badly. Very unprofessional approach, no salary slip will be given within the probation period which can last upto years. They will give you salary by cash so basically you will not have any proof of working there. They work on hire and fire method any day they can fire you without giving proper explanations. When it comes to promotion and increment you will not see their faces. No job satisfaction.

Working environment is good. Appraisal and Incentive are good. Work life is balanced. Very flexible in nature and management is too good and helpful.

Dislikes

No scope for training and development, no job security like provident fund, gratuity, medical insurance. Accounts department is outdated and full of inexperienced people.
