I have worked in many corporate schools like Sri Chaitanya and Narayana but did not find it comfortable but in Aditya it is entirely a different experience because management sticks to ethics and gives respect to staff.Principals are given free hand to execute their ideas and present their views.

Frankly there are very few areas they need to update themselves.

No value for the people who will work hard here.... pay scale is very less and work load will be more for fresher..see here they used to all the faculty members who are working here are selected through FRT test but here the logic is people got appointed through FRT test have less scale compared to people got appointed through recommendation. All used to say in college campus all people used to speak in English but it is wrong. if a fresher used to speak in English in classroom with students remaining teammates and higher officials ask us to deal classes in mother tongue too then how they will come to know how to communicate in English... when the college branch came to know about Dr.N.Seshareddy Garu(chairman of Aditya group of colleges) will visit our campus today whole campus atmosphere will change... even principals wont give chances to students to meet him and explain about the problems what they were facing in college
