No salary on time.u will get 1 month salary after 3 month.They will fire u anytime as per their mood .No holidays.sunday also working.call u in the midnight.They need labourers not professionals.No planning... worst culture.

But no job sequrity here,also head office staff not coperate to site staff. No have any experience to RCON HR to how to treat staff, Accounts teams so liers, salary timing last 20 dates. work timings not fixed.

1) Late payment of performer staff. and no payment avarage performer staff ( use and through). 2) Work Culture not acceptable only blackmail. 3) Work Time more avarage 8 am to 10 pm and onwards. 4) Company MD Director Direct call Ground staff and put pressure , blackmail to staff and workers contractors. 5) Company not have sufficient material for work and give Target to staff for completing work required half time. 6) on site pm not have value.

The company of adithya was a great arctecture and execution of a civil engineering work and the best infra of in whole Hyderabad and ever but maintenance is too low compare between others.

Dislikes

The aditya company was has no intension to work completion and what is the status of project and how to plan and surrender the project to investers this is the main draw back of the project.
