It completely depends on department you work for in the company and your immediate manager. Overall a good company to work for if you are not too ambitious and can work in a moderate environment

Work life balance is always under question specially in operations. Some office politics may hamper your appraisals and salary growth is very slow

Friendly atmosphere, health insurance and life insurance provided, job security is good, good company for long term

No growth and learning prospective very less, not good for freshers, compensation average and amount of work is vast

Travelling facilities. Salary is credited on time.

There is worst politics and very difficult to balance work life. Its like no time for families. Working days is Monday to Friday but still you require to be available any time during weekend as well

It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

Dislikes

...if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated. They do not give any compoffs of you are required to work on holidays.

Great work-life balance, working culture is decent, good place to learn about insurance and how to work in general. Job security is very high.

Dislikes

Salary is easily the worst in the entire industry. Feels more like pocket money. Management isn’t rock-solid all the way. Promotions are best left forgotten. No yearly appraisals. Overall, a very good organisation to work for as long as you don’t care about earning a decent amount.
