...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If I talk about individual branch level it's very bad because there is no security for women and managers insults women employees in front of every body they have no sense to talk with women employee not even managers but other male colleagues also talk loudly with female employee

It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

...if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated. They do not give any compoffs of you are required to work on holidays.

Great work-life balance, working culture is decent, good place to learn about insurance and how to work in general. Job security is very high.

Dislikes

Salary is easily the worst in the entire industry. Feels more like pocket money. Management isn’t rock-solid all the way. Promotions are best left forgotten. No yearly appraisals. Overall, a very good organisation to work for as long as you don’t care about earning a decent amount.
