The company values learning and development of an employee. There are lot of e-learning courses that are available. They have a flexible work timing and work from home.

...ey resign or continue to put up with narcissistic attitude of reporting manager. The salary,compensation benefit is also not good. Rich become richer, poor become poorer. Incentive is not paid performance wise but according to wish and will of senior management. Working for stretched hours, holidays, weekend is a regular thing.

Likes

It's a good work environment and culture. The management is very transparent. Employee benefits needs to improve interms of coverage to family members. Annual appraisals are fair and only a decent hike, but a good amount of Annual Bonus is paid every year.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very low and growth opportunity is very slow considering this is an Broking firm and not an insurance company.

...e is extremely unfavourable. Managers/company do not value an individual talent. Only managers "pet" are highlighted and given good compensation. Too much of office politics from top to bottom. Suffocating environment. Team mates are worst and only wait for an opportunity to pull you down for show you in bad light. NO growth for honest and talented individual.

Everything I loved about Aditya Birla, right from the manager to the teammates to the environment to the culture.. I miss working with ABIBL !!

Probably a few things like salary and learning was not that much

No micro management by seniors, faith and trust of seniors in the ability of their respective teams, freedom to express opinion and share feedback

Dislikes

At times it is difficult to identify and approach seniors for career growth, sometimes blunt and frank response may get you in to trouble, no clear direction of seniors for one's personal growth
