Office time, sufficient leaves

Dislikes

Salary is very low Nowadays they are taking project and civil associate as a 3rd party payroll/NAPS there salary is almost 10% to the reporting boss . Work pressure is more, no appreciation was there .

Dislikes

No value of experience, very average salary, promotion is very very difficult. Achievements and good work are encashed by superior, no benefit to the actual achievers. Etc etc.....

My colleagues are come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like company vision,mission & policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is not the up to mark,growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend user calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
