No value of experience, very average salary, promotion is very very difficult. Achievements and good work are encashed by superior, no benefit to the actual achievers. Etc etc.....

I am working this company since 2006 & lots of challenges I face during this period & everybody support me.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. They are organized lots of training program to built up culture.Its a ISO based company .So they are following the SOP & standards in each & every step.It is India's first & world's fourth largest insulator manufacturing company. My colleagues are come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like company vision,mission & policy.

Compensation is not the up to mark,growth is slow.The work pressure is high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend user calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...iting as a third party payroll and they are not taking them as a company onroll. But some old staff employee getting more than expected salary by sitting in cabin/desk . But who are working harder they are not getting appraisal, salary hike as well as not getting permanent also .

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Politics, 3rd party for whole life, work pressure for ground 3rd party payroll and production department non management grade only. Maximum management staff are fully sitting at desk and attending meetings only.
