It has very much unstable culture & unsystematic / standardised approach towards work systems. Highly mismanaged at the whims & fancies of senior management. Role clarity is missing. If your are domain specific this is not the organisation for you.

Dislikes

No integrity in management, Lack of clarity on vision & mission. No role clarity. Work is mostly project based short term. Every one is expected & forced to do all work be it Sales, HR, Admin, Marketing, IT, everything- this is the worst thing experienced.

They company atmosphere is very good and i have learn and experience lot. All the mangers and team members overall good and enjoy. But i missed the company ABPB thanks for the giving the opportunity last 2yrs i have enjoy the job thanks.

Here all gud except growth if u want to gain experience offrole job then it's gud for u if u want to growth then you can try to choose another option like other similar companies like paytm and Airtel payment bank and jio money
