Yes dislike due to company not provide Employees Mediclaim benifit. Mediclaim premium amount will deduct employee salary every month. This is the very bad thing and anather problem CTC wrongly provided by HR as Discussed with Hr one thing after getting salary CTC mismatch. Aditya Birla Capital is a big company but not Employe satisfaction company.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. Copland policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiner.

Worst work culture and hierarchy is complete not supportive and no work life balance. Superiors have no minimum common sense how to behave and talk with team members. Worst place to work at aditya birla finance.

Not very long working hours, decent off sites and industry level compensation.

Dislikes

Very stressful work environment. Not very productive culture. Very less respect for individual's opinion or time. Zero freedom. Micromanagement. Toxic environment.

Policies are just kepts as document which are not followed or implemented. HR doesn't care about employees it's just follows the management.
