Mostly dislike in ABFL, like , Politics in Staff, File Process very Hard, Every Person called come to Noida very far away from Residence many Staff, This Regards Sr..Said this is not my problem, Very Bed Work Culture, I Suggest please not Joined in ABFL.....

Yes dislike due to company not provide Employees Mediclaim benifit. Mediclaim premium amount will deduct employee salary every month. This is the very bad thing and anather problem CTC wrongly provided by HR as Discussed with Hr one thing after getting salary CTC mismatch. Aditya Birla Capital is a big company but not Employe satisfaction company.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. Copland policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiner.

Worst work culture and hierarchy is complete not supportive and no work life balance. Superiors have no minimum common sense how to behave and talk with team members. Worst place to work at aditya birla finance.

As I am employee of ABFL, I like the company as they increase the salary every year. On occasions vouchers are provided. Also the name of the big firm which feels proud to be a part of this company.

Dislikes

There is no patients in people. They are always hurry to work. As Manpower is less there is too much burden on Employees even on month end staff stays at whole night and do Disbursment. They leave female employes on 10:30pm. Specially sales team where I am working they mentally torture. As I know sales is pressure but every day I get affected emotionally. Also sometimes wrong words are spoken.
