Job is sustained with no increment or promotion. Also the variable pay for the last financial year and this financial year is deducted which left with only monthly in hand salary. Still you have to be available 24*7 for plant.

Work culture is very poor and all the systems are only in paper not implemented in employees benefits.

It's sad to see that Birla as a brand is big and complete respect to Magalam Birla sir, but the wall that the management has put around him he does not know what or how the employees are facing issues with. Due to which employees who have given 15 to 20 years of their life to the company are leaving the company and going to other companies.

1:- People there are not good. Means not supportive 2:- For a fresher or 2-3 year experience it is a very bad company cz you will feel left out very much. 3:- Ground reality is very different from the books and magazines. 4:- Location is very bad..

Likes

Because the people and seniors here are very supportive and the work culture is good. Cultural programs also take place in the colony. Safety training is also proper here.

The market is quite far from here, so there is a problem in marketing.
