Mandatory for all employees of Aditya Birla Capital (All 17 group companies) to do referral business. This is applicable for sales as well as non sales role where any retail business from Different Line of Business (LoB) needs to be done. This is part of KPI and if not done KPI is severely affected even for employees in non sales function like HR, Admin, Ops etc. per month one successful conversion needs to be done and it is being pushed from Chairman's level. This is very detrimental to employees as no other company follow this policy

This is an amazing multinational company.. I satisfy here with company culture , work satifaction and salary benifits.

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.

Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.

Nothing, My overall experience was horrible. Even I don't get my 3months salary. Managers Hr all are informal about employees condition. Not helpful at all. They all have threatened behavior which made me resign without any prior commitments. I'd rather open a tea stall than to work again with ABC.

My Managers, HR, one RM from kolkata Tamaghana mitra this Person was just took revenge from me just because I didn't bring sale even though I was so sick that time.

Everything is good about the company except the appraisal they don't provide appraisal in sales department at all.

Dislikes

... I dislike is growth is very slow appraisal, increment are not provided at all. A person will work for years on same package.
