Technical work is often driven by non-technical people, leading to a toxic and unprofessional work environment. Leaders tend to pursue their own agendas rather than the company's goals. If someone tries to address this, they risk being pushed out.

One thing that I like is that on the job training is given for new joinees. But work from home option is not available,Cab facility is not available, face masks are not provided, employees are not made to maintain 6ft of distance.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and nepotism. Salary is less and work is more. Growth is slow. Team members do not co-operate especially in credit department. In credit department female employees are made to work till 8.30 - 9.00pm in the evening. There is no cab facility even for lady employees.

...re is good. Office location is good. Easily accessible through public transport. Competitive salary and incentives as per market structure is there

Dislikes

Mandatory for all employees of Aditya Birla Capital (All 17 group companies) to do referral business. This is applicable for sales as well as non sales role where any retail business from Different Line of Business (LoB) needs to be done. This is part of KPI and if not done KPI is severely affected even for employees in non sales function like HR, Admin, Ops etc. per month one successful conversion needs to be done and it is being pushed from Chairman's level. This is very detrimental to employees as no other company follow this policy

This is an amazing multinational company.. I satisfy here with company culture , work satifaction and salary benifits.

There is no any demerit here to join ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL (ABCL) according to me.

Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.
