Company like a zp school. No any discipline, No any technical and educated working employee,hr policy is very poor , hr only take attendance no any employee satisfaction, quality department very poor, no any strong technical knowledge head ,company having more politics,those are having technical knowledge and good education they are never join this company . Work life not balance, increment policy only those are very close to plant head.no any performance increment happen, no any skill development.

It can be recommended for job seekers, hence the organisation itself unclear the Goal, the system is established 30yeras of old company, conclusion it is not recommended to refer as it is my opinion and experience in the part of the organisation. Waste of time for career.

Dislikes

There is no such things to like as the part of organisations, no Policy, no culture, no experience /skilled people, no one time Appraisal, no infrastructure. Overall it will be not recommended to any employment.

It was a nice experience, I went for my academic internship program ,the staff is very supportive. Good working environment and culture and also it's good for freshers
