We can learn a lot from this organization and will get plenty of opportunities when you leave this Organization with a good overall experience. Work culture is some what ok but you have to deal with workers who don't give a damn about who you are. For starters this company is great and can learn a lot but has to sacrifice his time and personal life.

Well you can't expect salary in time. You have to sacrifice your personal life.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
