...ES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A INSTITUTION and BAD BEHAVIOUR WITH THE STAFF MEMBERS. Most of the Lecturers pay three month salaries by pledging their gold jewels, to run away from this college. lecturers will be terminated at any time. even terminated they have pay 3 month salaries. Even the chairman being informed several times, does not take any action and careless. NEVER AND EVER JOIN IN THIS COLLEGE.

Worst and Cheap Principal( Anuja ), Worst Academic Co- Ordinator( Sasi Kumar ), Worst Tamil Staff ( Devi ) Terrible management. No proper placement staff and no proper campus recruitment, Not worth for paying fees, No proper restrooms and hostel. Non Hygienic food. Not recommended. No career growth opportunities, rude behavior from principal and academic coordinator, high stress, no work life balance, insufficient salary, no promotion.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
