...en shot monitor and the cursor of your laptop should move after every 2 mins... If your cursor is idle then you office time will not be counted and if your total clock in time is not 8 hrs then they are going to not count the salary for that day.... If they are paying you 4k per day then they are going to deduct the salary like this.... This is the highest level of super micro managing that happens in this company... They have a hire and fire policy.... They don't want numbers.. They just want 8 hrs of office work time.. On the first day i was threatened by the manager that if you tamper the screen shot monitor then we are going to kick you out..... At the time of the interview they promised me that work life balance is insane.... But at the end I got this.... Stupid fellas...!

Beautiful atmosphere to work with.Job security is there.People are responsive on real time basis.No break time issues. Not a leave issues. Working with Adit from last 6months and Don't remember how the time flew. As an employee will recommend to work.
