Yai ayk lala company hai jo employees ko apne fayde kai liye use krti hai or without any reason company sai nikal dati hai or or reason puchne per bolte hai boss ko apke kaam karne ka tarika pasand nhi aaya.

...litics hai, Adit Buildwell sai bus politics ka experiance gain hua or kuch nhi . Office timing 9am to 7 pm salary datai hai employees ko tho sochte hai kharid liye unko. No respect for employees.

This is Construction company so nothing is dislike because if you complete one project then replace your working team thats good for everyone. Every project you meet new person.

I am working to adit buildwell it more base upon Forman and contractor company. Not a engineer level company but my reason work this company it's big project started Clint national dairy development board then I am work starting.

Not a time table and don't value engineer to give by not technical person. Company depends upon only not technical person.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
