Maruti Suzuki is high quality brand in automobile sector and I love the fact that I am part of this . In this organization, I am working as an Accessories manager that's why I am learning about new things and way of team work.

Dislikes

Compensation is not well in the comparison of my work. This compensation is not justified to my work and knowledge . Here is no on job training for new products related to accessories, which is a pain sometimes.

I like the atmosphere in our primices, I have good bonding with other departments, Management is happy with my work, company policies are good but not so much well like other private companies

Salary Not enough to survive, working is hard, don't have time for yourself. Growth is very slow

...ement is transparent.there his a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policy are Good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth in slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job security only depends on your performance, work culture is very good every personal is kind and supportive, also management interaction with employees every month overall experience was very good

As maruti listen only to customer evern there is no fault of RM they fine dealership and deduct RM salary Also salary is very poor , no increment is there only look at your performance

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
