It’s located near Jamshedpur and that’s the only positive point about this power plant.

Dislikes

Poor HR and admin, bad salary structure, very less perks and motivation for work. Company provided accommodation not enough for all.

Location is good. Only 15km away from Jamshedpur. Nearest railway station is Tatanagar and airport is Ranchi and easy to reach in both locations.

Dislikes

... to apply for forgot punch and you will get absent even for punch machine fault. HR will not warn you if any absent shows and you will get leave without pay. One punch is not acceptable and also it will count as an absent. You have to apply CL, SL or PL to avoid such absent because there is no other way. Overall you will work as a prisoner and you will not get any facilities.

Skill development and work culture is good. The people working in the organisation are technically sound and self motivated for their role and responsibilities. The location is better than any power plant industry.
