... I would say that one of the worst organization where I have started my career.. I have worked for almost 2 years but no salary hike and bonus was declared by the company.. Also prompt management system was not there that's why the company was going downgraded..

Lot of politics is there and no prompt management is there to resolve this issues. No career growth is there also didn't say anything from the salary prospectous.

Job Security is just like a Baniya Company, Here Owner can throw out any time without any reason, and having a worst Management . They are cheating fraud interms of compliance.
